RUN FOR THE HILLS
February 3, 2021I lived her for a couple years and it was a good experience until it wasn’t. The property manager has no sense of boundaries. Lease violations were given out for something as minuscule as having a candle in your apartment, which mind you is not allowed. On top of that, the manager sent emails regularly for any violation that happened across the property. It seemed like a tactic to be petty. The studios are not as spacious as you might think. If you’re okay with paying almost $1000 to live in a ...shoebox this is your place. Upon, having the apartment deep cleaned after my lease ended I received a very small sum of my $1145 security deposit back. Very small. Some things were completely honest wear and tear and the other part was just biased opinion from the property manager. She also has a nasty way to communicate to residents when she’s upset and it’s honestly uncomfortable since she does live on property. I had to have several conversations with her based on how she would address me in emails, which is completely unacceptable. I also had issues with communication, my emergency contact was contacted when it was not necessary. The sense of community is really great and the neighbors are kind.
