June 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comYou must be an unlucky person if you have an emergency or something breaks down, they don't have enough maintenance staff, it took us two months without air conditioning and it was very hot outside, a lot of goose poop everywhere, many people who don't live there go fishing and leave garbage and they charge for everything, before it was a good place now it's the opposite…Property Manager Responded
June 15, 2026Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your experience has not met your expectations. Like many communities, we have experienced staffing challenges at times. To better serve our residents, we have recently added additional team members and are actively working through any items that may have fallen behind while maintaining timely responses to service requests. While we are unable to verify the specific situation described due to the anonymous nature of this review, we can share that any resident without a functioning A/C unit was provided with a portable unit while repairs or replacements were being completed. The most recent A/C replacements were completed this week, and our records do not reflect any resident being without air conditioning for two months. Throughout this time, emergency maintenance requests continued to be addressed promptly. We understand how frustrating air conditioning issues can be, especially during warmer weather. We also appreciate your concerns ...regarding goose activity, litter, and unauthorized visitors. Our team routinely monitors the community and addresses trespassing concerns during business hours, involving local law enforcement when necessary. No-trespassing signs are posted throughout the property, and we encourage residents to report concerns as they arise so they can be addressed as quickly as possible. We value resident feedback and remain committed to providing a positive living experience for our community. Wonderful temporary home
November 16, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comWe lived here for 1 year then found a new apartment that was more affordable. You cannot beat the view of a daily sunrise over Lamberton Lake and the community is so friendly and safe. We would absolutely move back under different circumstances. We ran into some issues trying to move (unrelated to Lamberton) and Teala and Ellen went above and beyond trying to help us get out of our jam when they had no obligation to do so. We were always pleased with the staff, including Esther in the office, ...and the maintenance workers Mark and Steve. They are doing their best to improve the community but projects were not completed as promised. We were told at move-in we would get new balcony sliders come Spring, but that did not happen. The updates to the 24 hour fitness center were beautiful but they failed to repair broken equipment. Our biggest issues were the drafts from our windows driving up our energy costs and the army of geese in our backyard.Read More
