You must be an unlucky person if you have an emergency or something breaks down, they don't have enough maintenance staff, it took us two months without air conditioning and it was very hot outside, a lot of goose poop everywhere, many people who don't live there go fishing and leave garbage and they charge for everything, before it was a good place now it's the opposite…

Like many communities, we have experienced staffing challenges at times. To better serve our residents, we have recently added additional team members and are actively working through any items that may have fallen behind while maintaining timely responses to service requests.
While we are unable to verify the specific situation described due to the anonymous nature of this review, we can share that any resident without a functioning A/C unit was provided with a portable unit while repairs or replacements were being completed. The most recent A/C replacements were completed this week, and our records do not reflect any resident being without air conditioning for two months. Throughout this time, emergency maintenance requests continued to be addressed promptly. We understand how frustrating air conditioning issues can be, especially during warmer weather.

regarding goose activity, litter, and unauthorized visitors. Our team routinely monitors the community and addresses trespassing concerns during business hours, involving local law enforcement when necessary. No-trespassing signs are posted throughout the property, and we encourage residents to report concerns as they arise so they can be addressed as quickly as possible.
