Affordable with dishwasher, washer/drier, and covered parking
May 10, 2021I’ve lived here 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. We were looking for an affordable place with an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and covered parking. This hit all those boxes and was the most affordable apartment we found in Madison. I work at UW hospital and the drive is very reasonable, 10-12 minutes depending on the time of day. We chose a 2 bedroom and our guests often comment about how much space we have. It can get pretty hot in the summer without central air, but we were ...willing to sacrifice this for how reasonable the rent is.
