Poor Management
July 11, 2018These apartments are indeed cheap, meaning the rent is low even tho they have already raised 200 dollars since living there, the previous manager was 100 times way better professional in every way. New management all they care about is getting paid and going home, the manager on site goes in pjs to the office and that's if she is even there . Parking lot is terrible there is supposed to be 2 cars per apartment yet a lot of them with there immanence trucks, landscaping have up to 3 cars. Another ...example there can be 2 families living in one apartment and they each have 2 cars , where is management when i get home from work late at trying to find a spot i cant even begging to express the hazardous situation with the children riding bikes right in front of your car , they literally don't move out of the way. The decent ppl that actually get there work done is the maintenance crew they have hired the lady is literally sweeping every morning trying to get things done, unlike the manager who is supposed to open at 10 and gets there at 1030-11pm and is supposed to close at 6pm and leave home early . If it wasn't because my significant other cant work and we cant afford something id be out of here . It sucks that since it is a low income place there really no order on how things get done here .
