    Management doesn't care about your pest or maintenance issues unless you're moving out, and they need to prepare for the next renter. There is no upkeep throughout the year. The halls get cleaned once a year. Flies and roaches :)

    No one answers the phone nor call back after several messages. Very discouraging and I guess that's what they strive for so you will give up and move on. The last call I made was to a woman named Pam....voice mail box was full.

    The apartments are located in the Oak Cliff right in front of the VA Hospital. The property secluded with heavy restriction on how to get into the property if not a regular resident or visitor. When you walk into the apartment you are greeted with smooth hard wood flooring and beautiful Giallo Napoli Granite countertops in your kitchen area. The dark wooded cabinets set the perfect tone for all sorts of design ideas. It comes with a washer and dryer ready and is hidden by two doors so not ...
    visible. The bedrooms have carpet and I even got the pool view which makes my view extra spectacular. The bathroom has a tan tile and a gorgeous garden tub. The pool is about 4 feet and always kept clean by maintenance. There is also sitting areas that include a water fall that changes colors at night. It's very quite and peaceful. There is a subway and papa johns pizza right outside the door and if you don't have a car the train comes right in front of your building. It's about 10 mins from downtown and 15 from uptown. I
