Reported Mold, and they wiped if off the wall
March 21, 2024Not worth the money at all. I have lived here for 14 months now and was the 1st residents to live in this unit. We were hesitant to renew our lease because our recent issues were not resolved, so we have chosen to pay an additional $250 per month while we wait for our concerns to be resolved. MOLD- We reported mold on the walls inside our master closet, they came and wiped it off with bleach and then had the unit tested for moisture then took no action to address the mold. We had to pay out of ...pocket for someone to come and check for mold. Once we reported it to them again, they continued to only talk about "moisture" even after clearly reporting visible mold several times. We explained to them that our daughter has an autoimmune disease, the manager ensured us that our health was their priority. Yet their actions say otherwise. SUDDENLY NO HOT WATER IN KICHEN- there has been numerous 24 hour notices to enter our unit to work on a plumbing issue they are attempting to fix for our building. During one of their numerous visits our hot water in the kitchen stopped working. I have reported this several times and it is still not resolved. QUIET TIME HOURS NOT ENFORCED- our upstairs neighbors who moved in a few months ago do not "observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am". The office staff is aware, security is aware, reports continue to be made by security and no action is taken. They banging around and yelling keeping us awake at night disrupting our sleep. No action is taken, the behaviors continue.Property Manager Responded

The community itself is very well-maintained, reaching management is easy, issues are dealt with in a timely manner, the amenities are wonderful, and the units are beautiful with plenty of storage space. My only complaint is the parking. We have 3 adults living in a 2-bedroom, but are only allotted 2 parking spaces. The visitor parking is very limited and we often have to park a vehicle across the street. It's very ...frustrating. It would be nice to have the option to pay for an additional parking space.Property Manager Responded

I completely understand your frustration regarding the parking situation, especially with having more adults than allotted parking spaces. It's a valid concern that we received multiple complaints about and I am happy to announce that we are working on re-stripping the parking lot so that we can number and assign to residents at an additional fee. That way our residents have priority to have assigned parking spots when they come home. Considering the community's track record of responsiveness and attentiveness, I'm optimistic that your feedback will be taken into consideration, and perhaps there could be a solution worked out to accommodate your needs better.
