Uninterested staff

I have rented at The Landing for 5 years. Although I agree that The Landing is dated and very worn, the location and floor plans work for me, and would like to stay 5 more years. I made an appointment to discuss moving into a bigger (more expensive) unit. I appreciated the 2 emails and 2texts leading up to the 9am appointment as reminders. However when I arrived I was told by staff that their appointment system does not recognize that they don't open til 11 on Tues. and I was "escorted out of ...
the building" (their words). When I came back at 11, they had no interest in talking to me, just handed me some literature and again asked me to leave because they were busy. WOW I hope I can find a way to get the bigger unit without having to go to the office again.
