HORRIBLE
March 18, 2026This place is completely unacceptable. The roach infestation is out of control—small roaches everywhere, no matter how clean you keep your unit. Management clearly does not take extermination seriously, and it shows. On top of that, the mailbox situation is a disaster. The entire mailbox area has been broken for over a year, and nothing has been fixed. Most of the boxes don’t even close properly, leaving residents’ mail wide open and exposed. I’ve personally had multiple packages stolen because ...of this, and management has done absolutely nothing about it. There is zero concern for residents’ safety, property, or health. Between the pests and the ongoing mail theft, it feels like they simply do not care about the people living here. September 27, 2015The complex is in a nice location. Its right next to Interstate 20 which takes you to the city of Atlanta. There is a pool and a club house that you can rent out for a party with friends and family. The maintenance crew is helpful in fixing things that break in the apt.
