The apartments themselves are modern, well-designed. The kitchens are spacious living areas are bright and open and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. There are often resident events and activities going on that make it easy to meet new people. Plus, the location is fantastic - you're just a short walk away from all the great shops, restaurants, and attractions that Ann ...Arbor has to offer. As soon as I stepped into Landmark for a tour, the employees were all very friendly. The staff member explained all of our potential options in terms of floor plan and layout, which our group found incredibly helpful. We were shown the building, as well as a sample room similar to the floor plan we were considering renting. Because of the atmosphere and ...incredible staff, we decided to rent at Landmark. I'm glad I made the choice I did. Landmark is a wonderful place to live! From the lovely community to the plethora of amenities available (including a patio with a hot tub, a 24/7 gym, a theater, and study lounges), Landmark is a great choice. April 10, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThe location is the only good thing about this OVERPRICED building. The bedrooms are tiny (smaller than the smallest dorm room) and have the bare minimum. The “desk” has no drawers or bookshelves. Management was very disorganized. Every month we would get an email saying that our rent was late, even though the check had already cleared. When we would point this out, management would say to disregard the mass email regarding late rent. This would happen every month!

July 21, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in Landmark for a full year now. It is great for students as it's a 5 min walk to central campus. It is also right next to many decent food places and in the center of undergraduate bar life. Perfect for going to Ricks underdressed in the winter, as long as you beat the line. The apartment is nicely furnished, but to make it truly comfortable or 'homey' you'll have to add a few pieces and a rug. I live in the corner unit, where the living room is larger than most rooms. Most of the ...living rooms are pretty small, I would recommend a corner unit or one of the few larger other apartments with a larger living room. You also want to get on the top floor (14th) on the outside, north west, side of the building so you can get a balcony. The balcony is clutch. The staff is so-so helpful, depending on your issue. They were quick to fix our shower door and laundry machines (in apartment), but never quite fixed the leak coming in through the balcony door crack when it rained. The building amenities are nice too, including weight room, sauna, hot tub, grills, and other stuff. I would say Landmark is the perfect place for UofM students to live, as the other luxury apartment buildings on campus have the same problems and more.Read More
