May 5, 2025Nice and quiet. The maintenance is speedy. But the management has a high turnover rate. The pool fee is on average based on other properties which is particularly too high to not be 24 hour service and it's super seasonal. The pool is basically opened for 3 months or so, but yet we pay for the amenities 365 days with a time limit.Property Manager Responded
