Landmark is a nice place to live and i choose it because of an awesome balcony view. The amenities are great, only issue is have is sometimes I don’t get parking space and the wooden floor which is noisy. Apart from that all features are good. Also Courtney is a very good manager! She sorts all the problems.

So far it’s been good, parking is horrible but I do like it here so far. Another complaint is packages and the mail room. I don’t get a code when the package is in the room sometimes and it’s just inconveniencing

So far so good. It's quiet. There always activities. The pools are nice. Just too many email. Would love less bugs. And they should power wash the stairs. The covered parking is over priced. All in all it's cool.

I’m very satisfied living here. It’s a peaceful and quiet place with a friendly neighborhood where people look out for each other. The community is nice, but our apartment has quite a few issues from the previous tenants. This is especially disappointing since the apartment we currently have wasn’t the original unit we signed up for. It’s been somewhat difficult to get maintenance to fix everything in a timely manner.

I’m satisfied except for the fact that it doesn’t block outside noise and the door handle is weak.The swimming pool, gym, and community facilities are excellent, and there is plenty of parking space.
