I've lived here for 3.5 years
February 15, 2024The amenities are very nice and well taken care of here. The office staff are friendly and do events for residents. Maintenance is great at handling any issues you many have as well. The indoor mailboxes, trash room, heated pool, package room, gym, and free coffee bar sold us on this apartment. It's really convenient and the location is awesome. Awful experience
November 29, 2022They go through property managers often. They do not give a rats a— about their tenants and find ways to screw you over. The business owners downstairs even have issues with management. As you enter building 5247 - it stinks like raw sewage at times, I’m assuming from the salon next door. The pool is hardly ever clean when it’s open. Parking is a nightmare. Tenants complain of mold in their apartments and their packages being stolen from the shared locker room where packages are delivered. This ...place is dressed up trash and I would never recommend. Awful Management
January 28, 2022Bad experience from start to finish. I moved into a dirty unit and an unusable washing machine due to how much dirt was built up inside of it. First, it took three work orders to get them to clean it properly. Then, as I was emailing management to try to remedy the other cleanliness issues, they stopped responding to me. Allowing a new tenant to move into a dirty unit AND not responding to their emails seems totally unacceptable. I only ended up staying four months because of this. When I left ...and went through their extremely costly lease breakage process, management refused to acknowledge that their had been any failure on their part. They even pulled up the carpet to ask if stains under it had been from me, even though I told them when I moved in that the carpet was already dirty and I had no pets. Irrational charges
October 4, 2021I would give Landmark lofts a 5/5 for the time we lived here, however after we moved out, they decided to charge us $1,000 to replace the carpet. We had one small (less than 6 inch) tear in the carpet by the wall from our puppy. Very steep and shady charge. We also had to call them to ask if we had any charges as they did not let us know and our access to the online rent portal (rentcafe) has been revoked.Review from Apartments.com
