I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. If I could give zero stars, I would.
From the very beginning, there were serious issues. During my first month living here, my living room ceiling was leaking rainwater and feel in, and it took TWO MONTHS for management to fix it. Also, my dishwasher flood the first week of me living there.
The leasing process and contract expectations were also not clearly communicated. When it came time for my lease to end, I was hit ...
with unexpected requirements and fees that were never properly explained upfront. As a first-time renter, this made an already stressful situation even worse.
During the winter storm, there was little to no communication or support from management. Residents were left to figure things out on their own, which was frustrating and concerning. My key was even left outside by them during this time.
Maintenance has been another major issue. Requests were either ignored or took far too long to be addressed. I even had mold growing in my laundry room, which is was still there when I moved out.
Overall, this complex lacks communication, responsiveness, and basic care for its residents. I would not recommend living here to anyone.
They did have a nice floor plan for my 2bed2bath!
