December 28, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comMy wife, son and I have lived here from March 2017 to present and the only complaint I have is I wished we were on a 1st floor. The staff is wonderful and quick to fix any issues with the apartment. I have lived in many other apartments. They are also great at preventative maintenance too.Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comThe Landmark of Diberville is a wonderful well kept gated community. It is not just an apartment complex looking to lease out its apartments to meet a quota, its a community that makes you feel like your at home. My girls and i recently relocated from North Carolina to Mississippi and during our transition the staff and management of the landmark helped to make our transition as smooth as possible. I was able to complete all my paper work while living in North Carolina and fax it back to the ...leasing office so my apartment was ready upon my arrival. The leasing office let my sister walk through my spacious three bedroom apartment to inspect it to make sure it was up to par. Upon my arrival and walk through the apartment was very clean and the carpet was brand new. I couldnt have asked for better. The office also educated me on the near by schools and the shopping areas. I have been in my apartment since July and i love it. Maintenance is available and quick with responding. The gated community and resource officers on site make this a delightful place to stay. The amenities are also excellent, their is a fully equipped gym, swimming pool and the office is always doing fun activities to keep the kids engaged and the community as a family. If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further the LandMark of Diberville will exceed your expectations.Read More
