Courtland belgate is a wonderful community, the staff are friendly and outgoing, the maintenance crew does a great job in the upkeep of the community and the residents are are friendly. The community is clean and security is not a problem for this development, all my needs are are met in this area, as it relates to medical, dental, optometry, chiropractic, physical therapy and most of all gyms that help to maintain strength, trails in and out of the forests. Honestly do not move here unless it’s 6 months or less. Do not let the nice pool and somewhat clean grounds fool you! This is an unsafe community with non caring management.

I have been residing in this community for the past three years and have not encountered any significant problems. The environment here is generally peaceful and tranquil. Recently, there has been a change in the management team, and although I have not had the opportunity to meet them in person, our phone conversation left a positive impression on me. They appear to be quite amiable. The only concern I have is regarding the infrequent cleaning of the breezeways.

The condos are quite spacious. They’ve upgraded over time, maintenance and porter service could do a better watch on cleaning trash, although it’s disgusting tenants that don’t care!

One of the best apartment complex in Charlotte . Landscape is excellent taken care of. Customer service is awesome. Entire staff is very friendly and polite. The service for the apartments are well kept. I been here since 2017. Very pleased with my home.
