September 4, 2018This add is false, no utilities are included, you have to pay for everything!! When I moved in 3yrs ago my rent had 55 dollars cheaper and the water, trash and sewer was included this use to be a great place to live not the correct mpany is just my net hungry and don't care, I now pay more for rent , along with the electric,water, sewage and trash!! I say save your money and find a nice house to move to!!Review from Apartments.com
