The amenities are a huge plus, the coffee bar in the clubhouse is a lifesaver in the mornings, and I've been loving the grill area for evening barbecues. The on-site laundry facilities and maintenance staff make life so much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable and modern with a dishwasher and microwave, which is a big deal for me.
