The newer vinyl windows are a nice touch, and my balcony is the perfect spot to relax. The grounds are beautiful, and I've already made use of the grill area. It truly feels like a resort. The amenities are a huge plus, the coffee bar in the clubhouse is a lifesaver in the mornings, and I've been loving the grill area for evening barbecues. The on-site laundry facilities and maintenance staff make life so much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable and modern with a dishwasher and microwave, which is a big deal for me.
