The community feels safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and the staff is approachable and helpful whenever questions come up. Amenities like the gym and common areas are kept clean and accessible, which makes daily life more enjoyable. There have been occasional delays with parking and package deliveries, ...but communication from management has improved, and issues get resolved fairly quickly.
