Terrible management

Tried contacting this property many times. When I did talk to someone they would only talk to me over text and when I asked them to call me I never heard from them again. Completely shocked with the costumer service.

We have tools in place that allow prospective and current residents to communicate via text, though we know you should have been able to reach the team during business hours via phone call. If they were out of the office conducting tours or walking the grounds, we typically aim to return all calls within 48 hours.
