Terrible management
June 6, 2022Tried contacting this property many times. When I did talk to someone they would only talk to me over text and when I asked them to call me I never heard from them again. Completely shocked with the costumer service.Property Manager Responded

Don’t live here
March 1, 2022The property manager is extremely rude and does not respond to messages about anything. It’s gated but the gates don’t lock or stay closed so many homeless people come in and sleep by the laundry facilities and in the stairwells and the property manager does nothing! Maintenance takes forever to fix anything I’ve had to put 2-3 more requests in to fix something before they actually come to fix it. The floors are so squeaky and you can get a noise complaint just because of the floors that you have ...no control over. This apartment is extremely over priced it costs $35 for a parking spot and $100 for a garage on top of rent and the water fee Don’t live here!Property Manager Responded

Glad I live here
March 3, 2021This place is beautiful and quaint. Property manager is super helpful and respectful she will always get back to you in a timely manner, if anything needs to get fixed they fix it within 1-2 days. Price for what you get is perfect. The landscape is always maintained well and clean, shared community spaces are always clean and maintained. Only downside is parking and in the summer it gets pretty warm since there is no AC.Review from Apartments.com
