December 30, 2025My experience has been fair. Could be better. Could be much better. Inconsistent provision of services to residents. Have had a water leak in a common area between buildings for over two months. Still waiting for that to be addressed. Trash concierge has been inconsistent the past month, but services are still regularly charged for. It is as if we pay for things that we only sometimes get. The rent, however, consistently goes up, but with no reciprocation of services or features. In essence, you ...continually get charged more and more for less and less.Property Manager Responded

November 10, 2025We love our new apartment!! It's Beautiful, quiet, secure and just perfect for us. The staff is super helpful and patient. Erica helped with initially showing us the property. She also helped with the application process making sure we turned in everything. Chris was available at picking up our keys and answered my questions. Overall top notch staff. Maintenance responded quickly to replace a smoke detector. I think we will be very Happy here. It is our home now and we Love it.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2025So far we are happy with the place, apartment, neighborhood, management and maintenance team. Just wishing if the electrical appliances especially the electric burner, microwave etc could be newer to avoid the hustle of sending maintenance request frequently for the issues.
