Utter disappointment

Unfortunately I am here to share my frustrating and almost incomprehensible experience.
In short they failed to meet the agreed upon move in date 3 times. Then the apartment was not cleaned, prepared, or even completely moved out of on the day they gave me the keys. When I pointed out dozens of issues only a few were corrected and with zero quality or attention to details. It goes on and on. Also some neighbors are quite unpleasant and make up lies to report to the management.
