Utter disappointment
June 8, 2021Unfortunately I am here to share my frustrating and almost incomprehensible experience. In short they failed to meet the agreed upon move in date 3 times. Then the apartment was not cleaned, prepared, or even completely moved out of on the day they gave me the keys. When I pointed out dozens of issues only a few were corrected and with zero quality or attention to details. It goes on and on. Also some neighbors are quite unpleasant and make up lies to report to the management.Property Manager Responded

Especially if you're military, please don't rent here
December 5, 2017Horrible management team, and from what I hear the last one was even worse. Ever since moving here 6 months ago I've been plagued by issues that should've been taken care of years ago like leaky ceilings, being assigned a covered parking space, updating of appliances without being told when(all of my food went bad). What really gets me is the lack of care and help from management! When my food went bad, it wasn't their fault for barging in and switching the fridge without proper notice, when the ...ceiling leaked it was maintenances fault, when my covered spot was SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE it wasnt management's fault they never recorded where I've been parking (I DID make a verbal arrangement with management...they failed to write it)... even when I compromised and took another spot THE SPOT WAS TAKEN!! They definitely don't even work with you if you're military. By far the greatest injustice if ever felt in my life and at this point I don't think anything can rectify that. Please, I beg you to stay elsewhere and stop empowering such a horrible establishment.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
October 12, 2017Highly recommend Las Ventanas. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area is nice to relax at during the summer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.Property Manager Responded
