Been a real pleasure
December 16, 2020I dont understand the negative reviews. Our experience here has been phenomenal. The office staff, as well as the maintenance team are responsive, friendly, and give this place a sense of community. W/ covid going on, they have really done everything they can to keep things normal here by trying to keep amenities available, within state regulations. Also, having the lake to walk around is priceless. For the record, I do not work for this company, nor was I asked to write this. March 3, 2020Horrific management. This place is a house of horrors. The front office would not hesitate to interpret your life. Onsite Management is confrontational and combative. If you have children and live on an upper floor, If you don’t put your trash out from 8am - 4:30pm - if you bring anything but a hand type toy for your kids to the pool - don’t put anything in your garage that keeps you from parking you car in there, you will get didactic lectures, threatening letters and multiple phone calls. Beautiful Location, Friendly Community
March 24, 2019This property is beautifully situated beside a lake with lots of water fowl. Great walking path all the way around. The management work hard to build a great, friendly community by hosting events like pancake breakfasts, a Halloween Party and other Holiday parties.
