I’ve lived here for going on three years!
December 23, 2020Honestly, I really like it here. The office staff is always really nice & patient, Scott the maintenance guy is very quick and attentive as well! We’ve been able to place same day issues and get them done and if not it’s usually the next day! The only complaint I have is my balcony door is pretty heavy so it’s very difficult to open and close but that’s about it. They have been way more than understanding with the covid situation, and I am beyond blessed for that. I am 24, I live with my fiancé ...and little sister who is 11. We have the 2 bedroom and 2 bath layout and it’s perfect for us. Definitely was easy to make this place feel like home. Carport is close to my building, Amazon hub station is really nice and safe for all my packages so I’m happy they offer that as well. Really huge balcony. Everyone’s first time here always mentions that we have a spacious balcony, i love it, it makes it that much easier to entertain plenty of guests. Thank you latitude!Property Manager Responded
