November 26, 2025We are very excited to be here and cannot wait to complete our move soon. From the moment we toured Latitude Plano, we felt welcomed and at ease. The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. We really liked the gym—it’s clean, modern, making it convenient to stay active without needing an outside membership. The outdoor areas and amenities for children are also a huge plus, providing safe and fun spaces for families to enjoy. September 16, 2025So far, living at The Latitude has been a great experience. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is friendly, and the overall atmosphere truly feels like luxury living. The only drawback has been communication after move-in, which can be a bit slow at times. I was also disappointed to learn that the pool is currently closed with no timeline for reopening, even though year-round access was advertised during the application process.Property Manager Responded
