February 13, 2026I haven't even been here a yr. The heat and air continues to break down.....5 times so far.....they fix nothing. I was without a door handle for a month on my front door, from Dec through Jan....all of that cold air,and of course my heat was broken as well and took them 2 weeks to fix it, and then a week later breaks again. They fix nothing. I had a 75 dollar gas bill, there fault, I dont even use the stove once in a month and washed 2 loads of clothes and it's75 in Dec.of course the neighbor has ...a gas leak and she has to move and it took them months to address that as well. They fix nothing.Do not rent here. My air and heat has not worked since I moved in in June of 2025. I have place work order after work order.....update...now this is the 6th.....they just left a few days ago.....they fix nothing...I am going to have to move again because I have no heat. Now I have to contact the nc attorney general, and the real was commission and get them involved...and I guess call the TV station as well...do t rent hereProperty Manager Responded

This Place is a Joke!!!!!!
January 4, 2024I would give them zero stars if that were possible!!!! My husband and I lived here for two years and it was the worst two years ever. We constantly had issues with the air conditioning and would put in a maintenance request that would be answered more than a WEEK later!!! Mind you, this was after constantly hounding the people in the office, I went all 5 days in a row. They charge all kinds of fees that we never used for valet trash and locker. We turned in our keys on 12/28/2023 and they ...still charged us $150 rent for 3 days in January because “our lease” was through 1/3/2024. Manager and assistant manager was a total joke. No help ever! Tried to be nice and was never late on anything and they said they would boot our car for moving! I swear I can’t make this stuff up! I would run as far as possible from this place and never look back!!!!Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional leasing staff and w**d smell in common areas most of the times
February 2, 2023Management is very rude and not professional. They did not allow me to hold a spot for the u-pack trailer somewhere on the property. Had to go back and forth for a week and was allowed 24 hours. If you consider moving with a trailer like pods, upack this is not the community. They charge for Valet trash but pickup is irregular. They came up with technology package(for internet and cable) and just gave a notice that we will charge after 30 days. We don't need such value added service and should be ...optional but is being forced upon in middle of the lease. We will be paying 2X the price with that package than offered outside. Why is the community pushing to take the technology package and join spectrum when we already on spectrum ? When we go to talk to the leasing office they asked us to leave and locked the leasing office door. How unprofessional!! Also w**d smell in the community common areas most of the times and inside the house on day 1 when we moved. This is also noted in the move in condition form.Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional magt. And leasing office
February 2, 2023I was reading so many 1 star posts on this , One more practical experience for myself on leasing office & management, Really unprofessional and dont recongnize they are talking to humans. Very much brings the city/country standard down. They dont feel someones issues as an issue just staff are loitering and laughing around. Am sure we will have the admin respond to this post as well like other posts with an apartment email id and unrealated response which doesn’t help.Property Manager Responded
