Amazing property great staff!
June 24, 2022Hands down the best place I've rented from. You can tell management truly cares about your experience. Kirra from the front office has been very helpful. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. And its location is pretty ideal with schools (high school, elementary, middle school and even a community college) grocery and dining nearby and the mall is about 15 min away! Amazing Property
March 24, 2021If you are looking for your next residence, look no further than, Latitude at Presidio. Recently relocated from Houston, we were lucky to find a community which offers accessibility to the best schools and is centrally located near areas of interest such as shopping, parks and dog park. The facility is beautiful and the staff so welcoming. Their professional and personable staff elevated the experience beyond expectations. The ground and the facility are typically meticulously maintained and ...manicured. The recent inclement weather has had a temporary impact on the aesthetics of the property ( the entire city ) but I have no doubt it will be restored to its former splendor in no time! The recreational areas, such as the resort style pool, and outdoor TVs and grills have provided my family with the opportunity to relax and enjoy each other and our surroundings, either on the weekends or after a hard day’s work. The facility also offers a two story gym onsite which, has a private work out room ( my fav) that supports a busy parents ability to take care of their personal needs while tending to others needs. Each week, the facility host a food truck, which is incredibly delicious. Who doesn’t enjoy not cooking but enjoying incredible food after a long day at work. I want to take the time to commend Rachel! She has a tremendous amount of responsibilities managing the property but she and her team ensure the residence are happy and having fun. My worst apartment experience
February 5, 2021I lived at this property for a little over a year, and I want to emphasize on the fact that the staff were courteous and professional, but I would have to warn anyone against leasing at this community. My experience living here was the worst of any apartment I’ve ever lived in. It’s such a shame because the location and the community is great. My main issues centered around noise and the apparent lack of build quality. I perhaps simply had bad luck in that I could constantly hear my next door ...neighbors having conversation, coughing, sneezing etc. My upstairs neighbors were even worse in that I had the luck in living with an upstairs neighbor that worked odd hours and liked to walk around her apartment with high heels on or boots. The noise made it extremely difficult to sleep, and it somewhat became a nightmare after months of tolerating it. I could even very loudly and clearly hear my upstairs neighbor engaging in her intimate activities. I was naive in not being more careful in making sure build quality was a factor in my consideration for choosing an apartment. The walls are extremely thin and so is the flooring support. It’s less ideal if you choose a unit where you have neighbors on both sides of you, or I would also warn against choosing a unit that is directly below a garage. In the my time living there, management tried to assist with my noise issues by reaching out the my neighbors but this never really fixed my noise problems. I felt I had to go as far as constantly providing video clips to the office staff in order to prove the legitimacy of my noise issues. The problem centers around lack of build quality and bad luck with neighbors. I did request to be allowed terminate my lease early, and unfortunately the district manager denied my request, which I do to this day whole heartedly disagree with the decision. My request was to leave a month early after a year of constant battles with noise. This ultimately is what lead me to feel compelled to warn anyone against moving or considering this property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Be cautious if you have children
January 14, 2019Issues with Latitude at Presidio •The property does not have breed restrictions on animals (Be aware if you have kids). We were not aware of this until one of our neighbors was violently attacked by another resident’s dog while walking in the hallway. Latitude at Presidio’s response was that this is a personal matter and they do not get involved. These dogs are still on the premises. •There is always trash overflowing in all of the trash cans on the property especially the ones by the pool ...causing foul smells when trying to enjoy the pool area. •There is mold constantly growing in the pool. •The grills are never cleaned by maintenance and have left over rotten food in them all the time. •The property is infested with ants and the management knows about this problem they cannot control it so they constantly spray pesticide everywhere, you’ll smell it daily. (See Pics ants at the pool freshly sprayed with pesticide smells awesome) •The property’s keyless entry seemed cool until you realize every Latitude employee has access to your apt and we realized items were being stolen out of our garage. Latitude once again said it was a personal matter and could not get involved. •My car was hit and totaled by a drunken resident. Latitude at Presidio said this was a personal matter and could not get involved or supply security footage to aid in our police report. The person went on a drunken rage, where was security? They have none even though they tell you they do. I had to call the police to get help Latitude would not "Get involved in personal matters between residents". You better be ready for a fight if you want to feel safe here or enjoy the pool. •The dumpsters on the property were removed without notice. The garbage chute rooms are now constantly overwhelmed and smell foul due to overflowing trash.Property Manager Responded
