Great community
November 25, 2024I lived in this community for 6+ years. I recently had a job change and a small commute that I was tired of. Ann and Maggie in the office have been there from the beginning. Consistency is big for me. Maintenance never took more than a day. Once my ac went out they put a window unit in till it was fixed. This is a great community with hardworking staff and management. Safe and well maintenance for an older community. I appreciate the years I had here and would recommend to anyone I know.Property Manager Responded

Lack of maintenance services
September 20, 2022maintenance services are horrible. For the whole summer, I have a water dripping from upstairs apartment .they put a small IC unit in the window because the main IC unit is broken. I sent a ton of maintenance request and I called many time about this disgusting issue, but instead of fixing the issue I get a very rude response from Ann , she said that it is acceptable to have water on front of my door. I am very sure that she will never accept this situation on her door and never accept that dirty ...droplet drip on her head every time she has to leave or enter her apartment, but for me everyday,I have to deal with billions of bacteria or viruses dripping in my head or my ayes .My comments are not personal, Maggie is amazing , I really won’t renew my lease for the next year for lack of maintenance support. I will not read the routine response about contacting the office because it’s not fixing the problems, what fixing it , it’s taking care of well-being of all tenantsProperty Manager Responded

The huge roaches... (Verified Renter)
January 3, 2020The huge roaches that always comes in because wall and carpets not flushed. I'm very clean, ocd. I don't leave crumbs, always clean my place, take trash out, make sure my place don't smell like food or any thing. Still I wake up to bugs dead in living because I have to put roach stuff all around the apartment, floor board and everywhere. It's an awesome place and area.. Just hate waking up or sleeping thinking a bug that size will walk on you in your sleep or get in your food. Scared me a few ...times when I seen a few in my bathtub. I'm learning to deal with them until I move and trying to be considerate that it is a wooded area do things will happen, but next place I'm checking everything and just be bug free!
