Don’t move here
July 13, 2024Do not move here they let anyone and everyone come to the pool when they are not residents and they are loud and there all night and management does nothing about it. They have car breaki ins as well. Outside looks updated but inside is trashProperty Manager Responded

Shady Business Practices
November 30, 2023Upon moving out, the inspector did not show up for the final walk thru. Then we received a bill for damage to the apartment and they kept my entire security deposit plus charged more fees. There were spots on the dining room and living room carpet, but I was charged $688.73 to re-carpet the entire apartment. The management would not return my calls and just sent it to collections. Do not do business with these shady folks. Property manager do not reply to this post only because it is seen by ...others when you did not return any of my phone calls.Property Manager Responded

July 23, 2023They do not care about your life if you have things going on all they want is your money they are upgrading the outside of the apartments and Also had time to build new apartments across the street but won’t upgrade anything on the inside of the apartment everything has been the same for years before I was even there not worth the money !!!
