      first off the landlord is horrible, she does thing on her own timing. she enters your place without giving notice if you need something fixed. she doesn’t let you know what time or what day things are going to get fixed. she listen to other neighbor about you and believe the tenants that lived there longer than you. people living here are liars, they don’t know how to mind their own business. had mold on my ceiling that never got looked at. DO NOT RENT HERE !

      I only lived here for a short while, but during my time there Linda in the front office was amazing to deal with! She is always willing to work with the renters, goes out of her way to make sure you’re taken care of. She is very friendly and easy to work with! Brad from maintenance, awesome! Always always reaches out and make sure any issues brought up are addressed and fixed within a timely manner! Always considerate when he came over to fix anything, also a joy to be around! The only cons ...
      would be that the water pressure isn’t the best especially if your neighbor is using the shower at the same time, and some times smells from other apartments leaks into yours. But other then those 10/10 would recommend. Would still be here if i wasn’t moving out of state, would go back if i ever moved back to Ohio. The allotment is quite, wasn’t scared to be alone as a single female.
