Bad Experience
April 1, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comHad a really terrible experience here. Had several occasions where the leasing office made it difficult and inconvenient to pay rent. Customer service is not great. The place is extremely overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend moving here. And watch out for the utility bills. The apartments are old and count on paying a few extra hundred dollars each month in utilities.Property Manager Responded

February 9, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comManagement that NEVER answers the phone. Every employee in the leasing office (with exception to Brenda) could care less about helping you. Maintenance might be outsourced, different companies doing the repairs every time. They say they fix a repair when it was never addressed, then the maintenance history gets deleted. ROACHES all around the apartment. Move in clean was not conducted, apartment clearly wasn’t ready to be moved into. Overall this place is overpriced, only saving grace is the ...location. January 6, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here since 2016 and am so happy with how pleasant the office and maintenance staff is. Things have been shutdown for a bit because of covid, but Shannon always reaches back out to me if i email for anything. In the last year or two i can really see a difference with my work orders being done thoroughly . Sometimes it takes a bit longer, but they let me know and keep me in the loop. I am really happy here.
Have had a great experience thus far.

Nothing feels better than knowing someone takes interest in your life & genuinely helps achieve your happiness. She was able to answer all of our questions and guide us in the process to make sure we were approved fast and easy. May 8, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThe place sucks! My wife and I were excited to move in here after seeing the model apartment. We were told that our apartment would be identical with just with black appliances instead of the stainless steel. That was a lie! Our apartment did not have any of the upgrades. I would have moved somewhere else when we first saw our place if we had not just traveled 1,200 miles for me to start grad school and nowhere else to go. As another reviewer said the neighborhood is overrun with stray cats, the ...management is horrible. They don't respond quickly or at all. We have had an issue with our windows leaking water which has caused water damage and MOLD. This has yet to have been fixed in 6 MONTHS. Now our roof is leaking and causing mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We have had to fight off roaches and the spiders the entire time we've been here. Also all of the "upgrades" are poorly done. The fake hardwood is has been laid so poorly there are soft spots all across our kitchen and dinning room, and our upstairs toilet leans to the side. December 14, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is HORRIBLE!!! The management staff has changed 3 times and the leasing agents about 5 time within the past year of me living here. The complex has an abundance of stray cats and dogs, they take forever (when I mean forever it literally took them 2 months to solve my own maintenance issues). All units have there very own infestation of roaches and if you read some of the reviews on Google some of there managed places have bed bugs. Not to mention that they will fine you for almost ...anything and they have a nonchalant attitude about everything. Don't even think about calling because they will never pick up the phone nor answer emails. Beware and think twice before signing up. Yes, I have read the reviews but like everywhere else there is always going to be someone that does not get there way or simply doe not qualify. Don't pay mind to the negative reviews uses your owe judgment and have your owe experience. There is always going to be that someone who does not do well with rejection.
