March 8, 2022the manager was bad at communicating with me after I have applied for a studio at lawn village. I have been calling and leaving emails looking for updates on my application and it took them 2 weeks to reach back just tell me I was not approved for the apartment.Review from Apartments.com

October 3, 2019I have lived in Lawn Village for around 4 years. The manager and crew does over and above what a leasing office has to do. For instance they allowed me to move to a first floor apartment because of the arthritis. When you call to have something done, they are there that day or the next. Except for the heater or. Ac. They come just about right away.. the complex if quiet. Not many kids making noise. December 3, 2015I came to the apartments because my boyfriend and I were looking to move in together. We already live in the city. I know the area and know that this is the city we want to live. I did a walk through the one apartment and was pretty pleased. The bedrooms were nice size (wanted a spare), bathroom was great size, closet space was ok. The doorway was a bit small it seemed. Was told that there was going to be a rec room put in. A few days later I went for my nightly walk with my mother and we decided ...to stroll through the complex. Garbage cans on the property were emptied, but the full ones were sitting next to the can with holes ripped in them from animals and garbage all over the place. Went through the parking lots, which we were told were monitored. Tenants are having to make their own parking spots it looks like, so obviously there isn't enough parking. We ran into an old friend of mine from school. She lives here with her two kids. She's looking to move. She said nothing gets fixed like it should. She said her rent is expensive and could live in another city and get better management and a bigger apartment. She has issues with neighbors playing music all hours of the night and management does nothing about it. I asked about the rec room, she told me she was told that when she moved in, over 5 years ago. I felt so bad for her. My mom and I continued our walk and saw the maintenance lady letting out her two dogs. When I came for the walk through I was told cats only. So employees must get special treatment. It seems really the only good thing about this place is the location and the apartment itself. Kind of disappointed in the lack of respect the management has for their tenants. Reflects them in the end as to how much they care about this place. August 11, 2015I've called Lawn Village Apartments my home now for nearly 10 years. It has always had a very warm, family oriented atmosphere, with apartments of all sizes...surrounded by trees and a park just a hop, skip and a jump up the road. The staff has become more like family through out the years and it's been a wonderful place to live and grow.Review from Apartments.com
