These apartments are amazing! My 1bd floorplan is at least as big as some 2bds, and I love the view from my patio deck. Maintenance and office have always been very quick to respond.

This is my 2nd year living here . My lady wanted to move but I convinced her to not I absolutely love my apartment,it’s spacious to me the washer & dryer the best thing to me but I recommend Lawrence landings if you are looking for somewhere to call home !

Nice and friendly

Lawrence landing is very safe and the staff is really friendly. They have many different community activities and are very much empathetic to their residents. My son loves the playground, and its safe to walk around at any hour of the day at whether you jog or just want to walk to clear your head. Highly recommend !

I moved to Lawrence Landing back in August from the Northwest side of Indy against all my friends and family's wishes, but here I am and I'm loving it and have loved every part of living in this area. I'm a 22 year old living in his own spot for the first time. I Absolutely love it here from the friendly staff with Mrs Dee, to the maintenance guys who remember your name when you're walking around the neighborhood, to when you walk in the office. Everyone around is friendly and all smiles ...
everywhere you turn. Definitely recommend this neighborhood for the space and the cost effectiveness.

I’ve had the best experience here at this property than I have ever had at any other apartment. The office staff really cares about their residents. It not only reflects with how well they maintain the property but how they actually treat us. My apartment is amazing and I love the night view at night with the lights on the water. I would definitely put my stamp on these apartments!

I’ve called Lawrence Landings my home for two years now. The ladies at the office have been absolutely fantastic! Dee and Crystal have been there for my roommates and I since Day 1. They genuinely care about the residents. They organize numerous social events to make everybody feel like a community within the Lawerence Landing Apartments. We get to play fun games that offer prizes, like bingo and the best door decoration for Christmas time! They also send out monthly newsletters that keep us ...
up-to-date with any changes that may occur and feature different residents who want to share about themselves. Here are some of the reasons why I enjoyed my stay: 1. My apartment was spacious and perfect. The only maintenance we had was thermostat battery replacement and even that was taken care of within a day by the maintenance crew! The maintenance men don’t get the credit they deserve for all their hard work. 2. The laundry room/gym/pool//volleyball net: simply put, these are all bonus amenities. They are greatly kept up and great to have on the grounds. Just a short walk or drive from any apartment. 3. It's a short drive from many of my favorite food places: Taco Express, Blanca Nieves and it's a 10 minute drive to Walmart, Kroger, Walgreens, Castleton. 10 minute drive to Ivy Tech Lawrence campus, 20 minute drive to Ivy Tech North Meridian campus, 20 min drive to IUPUI/downtown 4. I've never had any problem with neighbors while living here If I weren't moving into a house, I would definitely continue my stay at Lawrence Landings.
