The management company is absolutely terrible.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. The company that manages this property (manhattan management company) doesn't follow through on anything they say they are going to. We were promised assistance getting the washing machine and dryer that we owned hooked up after moving in. When it came time to actually do it we were told it was a low priority. that were never taken care of well. Paint chipped all over in the bathroom after we moved in. When we put a ticket in a maintenance guy came in and said its because they used acrylic paint. I asked them what a permanent solution would be and he said they would just keep painting it. So the expectation was that I would put in a new ticket every two weeks to get them to come in and paint, during which my bathroom was essentially unusable. I tried to get tickets escalated multiple times and was never called back a single time.
I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in my life and I've never even remotely had such a terrible experience.
