Horrible management
August 27, 2015Pool closed since July, through Labor Day. All apartments on one water main, any plumbing problems, everyone's water gets turned off. Old apartments, never renovated; no dishwashers, no garbage disposal, no air conditioning. Huge winter heating bills, and our apartment got up to 98 degrees inside last week. 8% - 10% rent increases every year. Lots of rats running about. Had 5 locked bicycles stolen in month of august. Not hard to find much better apartment even in Palo Alto for the same ...rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
