Nice, plain duplexes and mobile home. All utilities included but cable. GREAT OWNERS AND STAFF! Friendly people all willing to help if you need something. Not pretty units but gorgeous lake views especially in the morning. Cookouts on holidays, and they try to help if you need a microwave, table, etc. Even though the units are old, newer appliances and fixtures in the unit. We are 57 and 64 and love it here.
