I lived in one bed room apartment in the 1010 Rue Cherrier, I was very happy! My neighbours where quiet and friendly. The administration is so helpful and professional, any problem was solved fast and efficiently. I had a fantastic view over the La Fontaine Park and there are relatively good transportation. Metro Sherbrooke is very near and the buses were too, but the city moves the lines frequently (not at all the fault of the building). There is a pool on top, and gym. My view came with two ...
windows to the park and to the river (this one limited by other buildings) and a delicious wind. Not once electricity went out when many other parts of the city lost power for days. There are 2 elevators that are well maintained. I left my apartment because I left Montreal, otherwise I would never have left that beloved place. The administrator is so frienfly and warm. I recommend the place. I give 4 stars because not everything was renovated but I was happy because my rent was a bit lower than the fully renovated ones.
