Terrible building. Dishonest management. Insect-infested. Elevators are never working. Water is constantly being shut off. If you complain about an issue they'll give you every excuse as to why they can't actually fix it. Do not rent here.

Very accessible to public transit. Nice neighborhood. Also the concierge, Dennis, is very helpful. Nice place to live.
