Terrible experience. We specifically went to visit this building because we were interested in renting, but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable.
The person at the entrance/doorman was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told us in a very impolite way to sit and wait for someone to come see us. We waited for over 20 minutes, and nobody showed up. No one checked on us, no one apologized, and no one gave us any update.
We ended up leaving. This was a very unprofessional and ...
frustrating experience, and it gave us a horrible first impression of the building. I would not recommend this place based on how poorly potential tenants are treated.
