Quiet and Clean
March 11, 2026We have been living here since October 2022 and we have enjoyed our time. I feel the tenants that don't approve are the ones who just don't like rules. Every time we re sign our lease, Judi (the manager) goes over the lease in detail with you to make sure you are aware of any changes. During your first meeting she reads it page by page to you! She is very thorough. Judi has always been kind, understanding, patient, empathetic and fair. She does however have to follow rules as well and I think ...people tend to forget that. All in all we have never had any issues with her or with living here. For us it has been quiet. The maintenance guy Frank is also very kind and he actually goes above and beyond his job. He has helped with flat tires, etc. If we have any issues with the apartment which has been very little, the problem gets resolved quick. The pool is always in great shape. Leafy Dell takes it serious with keeping the complex clean which is greatly appreciated. When we lived in Newark we dealt with unhealthy living conditions and Leafy Dell is the complete opposite. No one likes rules but that's what you get when you live in an apartment and the rules here aren't difficult at all. It's standard common sense and common decency type rules. Cozy home
February 26, 2026I have lived at Leafy Dell for almost 5 years. The management does a great job at setting the expectations. Maintenance gets the job done quickly. Judi goes out of her to way to make Leafy Dell a wonderful comfortable home. If we have a problem she makes sure it is taken care of timely & professionally. She truly cares about the tenants & it shows. Maintenance always does a great job. The pool is amazing! I highly recommend Leafy Dell to anyone looking for a new apartment home. Uncomfortable
June 30, 2025The price is okay for the area and the size of the apartments. That’s the only good thing I have to say. Management really doesn’t care about complaints. When they do their biannual inspection they take pictures throughout your whole apartment which is really uncomfortable and frankly unnecessary unless there’s a lot of damage. The walls are really thin. If you live facing the parking lot good luck. They pick and chose when to enforce rules. (Feels like it happens when money is short. Caring Maintenance Person
January 7, 2025A huge thank you to Frank, the maintenance guy, for helping me open and clean my very snowy parking space. Both my husband and I are in are 70's. My husband is handicapped. Snow events are always troublesome for me, since I make sure if my husband has medical issues, people can get to him. Shoveling snow has become hard for me each year. Frank came with the sidewalk snow brush machine and cleaned my parking space for me. He made a few minutes to help me in his very busy schedule. Thank you ...so much, Frank!Property Manager Responded

AWESOME APARTMENTS AND FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF
August 8, 2020Our family would highly recommend these apartments. Well cared for, clean, good price. The property manager does a great job of helping residents, she truly listens and cares about the tenants and this property. The maintenance is 1st class, always friendly and knowledgeable, gets repairs done quickly. I honestly have never had a problem here, but we follow the rules. I have read other not so great reviews. Fantastic Experience
June 12, 2020We rented a 3 bedroom for a family of four. Very happy with the size of the apartment. They do a great job of setting the expectations ahead of time. If you follow the rules of the apartment complex and pay on time, you'll never have a problem with the management. We reached out three times for things to be fixed in the apartment and they responded, professionally, timely and did a great job with repairs. Pool is a great perk. December 4, 2019If you wanna live in an over-priced bandaid apartment complex. This muck is for you. The staff are rude and will do as they please with no regard as to getting in trouble. They believe they are untouchable because they are on “private property”. Will be coy and untruthful with you on just about everything. Zero out of 5 stars. poor management
October 29, 2019worst management ever. They talk to you like a kid in a condescending manner, they try to squeeze money out of you by putting ambiguous signs up about broken blinds and ask you to pay for them.( not suggestion ). They like to lie to make things more conveiant for themselves. The Rooms were nice but the walls were thin as paper you could hearing everything around you and loud steps in the hall.
