Constant rent increase
February 22, 2025After your lease is up expect to get at least 3 rent increases in a yr… constantly increasing while everything in the apartment gets older and older… nothing gets up graded. How ironic their taxes increase numerous times a year that why they have to increase rent.Review from Apartments.com
Rude manager
October 8, 2020We set up an appointment with Debbie to see an apartment. 2 hours prior, we received a text saying to call her. We got voicemail, so we went on to the appointment. Of course, she wasn't there, so we put in another call. Again, voicemail. So we left. I texted, "Sorry we missed you"; no response. Later that afternoon, Debbie called to say the apartment had been rented, and that we were very rude. "I don't have time for this" was her retort. Good apartments
September 30, 2015The apartments are located in a convenient location. They have a separate garage with direct access to apartment, which is a good thing for winter. The property manager is very responsive and mostly resolves the issues by next day. Sometimes it may be difficult to get the things fixed during weekends. The houses are very spacious inside. One bad thing I noticed was that there were lot of spider webs right outside your house, which is a bit annoying. I haven't spent a winter in this apartments, so ...not sure how they clean snow. Rockingham estates
August 10, 2015These apartments are very nice for mid range apartments. Two bedroom have approximately 1200 square feet and they have free heat which in Wisconsin is a plus. All also come with either a 1 or 2 car garage. Also a nice feature. The drawbacks are no common areas unless you count about 1/2 acre lot with one picnic table. These properties also contain very Spartan landscaping, and are in the middle of a residential area. The landscape and surroundings are reminiscent of a military base.Review from Apartments.com
