October 19, 2023Management is terrible! Thecomplex is filthy with roaches when I went to view the apartment they were on the staircases when we were walking to view them. There’s soooo many better places. I’m so glad the manager & staff were rude condescending liars because it really helped me find the best complex in Charlotte.Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2023My unit was in good shape when i moved in, but the floors and carpet still needed cleaning. Community is pretty friendly. There is a slight big problem, but nothing too bad.Review from Apartments.com

August 25, 2023I’ve absolutely loved my 3 years living here! Amazing atmosphere and the best staff, from management to maintenance. Friendly neighbors add to a great community. Literally minutes from shopping, food, gas, groceries, and a short ride to Uptown, Matthews, Pineville, and so much more. Loved it here!Property Manager Responded
