Management is terrible! Thecomplex is filthy with roaches when I went to view the apartment they were on the staircases when we were walking to view them. There’s soooo many better places. I’m so glad the manager & staff were rude condescending liars because it really helped me find the best complex in Charlotte.

Love love love living here ! The maintenance team is wonderful and fast. The grounds are kept clean and always looking fresh. Office staff is always so willing to help and always surprising us with new food trucks and events. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Good Job everyone excellent job thank I love what they are doing, everything is fine, just for one detail, I don't like the garbage cans, I don't need it, I can go throw out the garbage, I like it, it doesn't make me lazy, with this they make us more dependent on others people I don't want that for me

Second year out here it’s a Vibe I stay home all day sit on my patio . Mariah is our favorite in the office to work with for whatever concerns we may have or just for a laugh she is so sweet ! Maintenance crew super sweet !

My unit was in good shape when i moved in, but the floors and carpet still needed cleaning. Community is pretty friendly. There is a slight big problem, but nothing too bad.

I’ve absolutely loved my 3 years living here! Amazing atmosphere and the best staff, from management to maintenance. Friendly neighbors add to a great community. Literally minutes from shopping, food, gas, groceries, and a short ride to Uptown, Matthews, Pineville, and so much more. Loved it here!
