Property Manager Katherine sends her team in front of her and only likes to come out and greet you with a smile and assured niceties when you are leasing. there is absolutely no way to regulate the temperature of the entry with no outlets or vents from the garage door to the the front door and all the way up the stairs there is no way to regulate the temperature so it is either freezing or burning up. The team like to blame lack of staff, work load, weather which when you have a facility with maintenance needs is not the tenants problem. I needed my dryer repaired for over a month. Don’t have that many clothes or the time to continually go to a laundromat especially when I leased a place that had a dryer. Ended up having to buy my own dryer. Still have not heard one thing from them. That was four months ago.
