Overrated!!!!
July 22, 2023I have been living at Legacy Haywood for 3 years, and since the new company GrayCo took over from the previous company Greystar, things have gone downhill drastically. They had my car towed on a Friday with no warning, due to me parking in handicap. I work from 4pm- 3am and by the time I get home there is absolutely no parking at my building or any other surrounding buildings. With how much rent we pay you would think we would at least have a designated parking spot or a parking pass so that the ...residents can always have first available parking before guest. After a long night of work I just wanna get home and get in the house as soon as possible. I do know you should not park in handicap but I didn't see any other choice, instead of a warning they called the tow service instead of calling me. I was unable to get my car because I had to have $345 cash and they close at 4:30, I didn't have enough time to call a Uber, and go to the bank and get to Traveler's Rest by 4:30, so now my car has to sit until Monday morning racking up charges. On top of that I was late for work and out $30 for a Uber ride to work and a half a point. They told me to pay for a garage but with how much rent has gone up who has the money to pay for a garage, further more they should come up with better ways to help the residents with parking such as parking passes or something. Do not let the looks fool you they are nice apartments to look at but with how much they charge its not worth it to move here. I recommend moving anywhere else but here. Over priced, and they don't care how long you've been here they will still do you wrong. I could go on but this just topped everything for me.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 4, 2021Legacy Haywood is an amazing place to live, its in a central location, which makes it easy to get to just about anything. The staff and maintenance are very friendly, and efficient. The amenities are like living at a 5 star resort, and the sense of community is beyond anything Ive ever experienced. My husband and I are proud to call LH our home!!Property Manager Responded

I would recommend it to anyone moving to the Greenville area because youre so close to so many things! Ive already made friends at the pool and community events and Ive only been here a few weeks.
