I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Legacy Nob Hill and now call it my home! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt a true sense of belonging. The staff here is amazing—kind, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond to assist residents. It’s rare to find a community where the team genuinely cares, but at Legacy Nob Hill, they do. They’re always organizing events and creating opportunities for residents to connect, making it feel more like a family than just a place to live.

property itself is stunning. The landscaping is beautifully maintained, adding to the serene and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are also top-notch. The pools and gym are always clean, well-kept, and ready for use. The laundry facilities are convenient and in great condition, and maintenance is consistently on point—any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
One of the things I appreciate most is the convenience. There’s always enough parking for both residents and visitors, which is a huge relief. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—close to malls, schools, Hospitals and everything else you might need.

I recently ended my lease at this condominium and although the staff is very polite this place is NOT well maintained. I left this place because my apartment was literally Infested with roaches. Mind you it wasn't just my apartment.. as I was walking into my stairs a HUGE roach was coming out of the apartment in front of mine. I would've loved to live here for longer as I loved the place, I just wish I wasn't living with roaches. And YES they exterminate EVERY month however, maintenance will step ...

We've lived here for the past year and we love everything about it! The property is beautiful and well maintained. Management is great and attentive. The maintenance crew are always quick to respond to any issue we may have. Aside from the customer service, we've never felt a place feel more like home than Nob Hill does!

Recientemente mi esposo y yo nos mudamos a este condominio con la idea de vivir por algunos años aqui, pero ha sido una desepcion total... y todavia me faltan 11 meses y 2 semanas para que se acabe el contrato, creo que va a ser el peor año de nuestras vida. El lugar es muy bonito, las personas de mantenimiento vienen enseguida pero sentimos que vivimos en un basurero. Mi apartamento que esta en el edificio K en el primer piso y esta contaminado de cucarachas es horrible, las vemos por el techo, ...
las paredes, el baño, en la cabecera de la cama, ni siquiera puedo dormir porque tengo pesadillas con ellas y me da miedo que me caiga alguna encima. Apenas son las 9 am y ya he matado 8 en la manana de hoy. Mi esposo y yo ni siquiera cocinamos porque de tantas cucarachas que hemos visto no nos da ni hambre y tenemos mucho asco, preferimos comer afuera. Los de pest control nos hicieron un tratamiento para eliminarlas pero eso no ha hecho ninguna diferencia son demasiadas y estan por todo el edificio porque las he visto muertas tambien por los pasillos. Fui a la asociacion en busca de otro apartamento en otro edificio de los que son de 2 plantas en el seguno piso que creo que quizas ahi hayan menos o no hayan pq son mas pequenos, mas limpios y hay menos personas pero hasta el momento no hay nada disponible. No se que hacer porque si cancelo el contrato antes de tiempo tienen una penalidad que tienes que pagar 2 meses de renta por si ellos no pueden rentar el apartamento cuando te vayas. Esto ha sido una experiencia horrible y es solo el comienzo, espero que este review le sirva a personas que deseen aplicar para estos apartamentos y sepan a que se van a infrentar una vez que ya esten viviendo aqui. Gracias y espero que al menos ustedes puedan tener un buen dia.
