Everyone in the front office has been super helpful. June 30, 2025This complex was great a few years ago but it has gone downhill especially since they change management companies. The only good thing about this complex is the location. Aside from that, there is LOUD noise in all the pool areas 24/7, dog poop everywhere, rats and cockroaches everywhere, packages get stolen all the time, smell of marijuana EVERYWHERE, cars get towed all the time (including resident cars), and management will find a way to get more money out of you (they implemented valet trash ...even though they never come, they charge residents for common area electricity.. WHAT?! and charge you fees for EVERYTHING. trash admin fee, water admin fee, rent admin fee, admin admin fee. You can tell how much this complex has gone downhill with the amount of empty apartments. I literally cannot wait to leave. All the positive reviews are from people who have only toured the property or people who have just signed a lease but haven't lived here long enough to experience the negatives.
