November 8, 2024I love living at legacy north pointe i been living here 10 years now . The staff here is the best . If u every have any questions that need to be answered they always help you . The maintenance department is the best you have any issues they fix it that same day. The complex is always clean the people here are great. November 8, 2024The experience here is pretty good. Not perfect, but there is probably no place that will hit that mark. The service team always comes when asked and it always considerate. The leasing team is always helpful and responds quickly. The apartment complex is kept very clean. Just a few issues with folks across the railroad track walking through the community. June 21, 2024Honestly, it’s been pretty great!! There’s been a few issues with the previous front office staff but no one was ever rude or unfriendly - just high turnover so things get dropped. Rent was very reasonable and maintenance usually came within a day or two.Property Manager Responded
