January 30, 2026So far I’ve enjoyed living here. Any time I put in a maintenance request they’re always right in top of it and I can respect that. I do wish that there were more dog waste disposal areas located throughout the complex and maybe a light at the dog park because it gets very dark at night, but other than that it’s good!Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2026Living here has been okay for the most part my biggest issue really is the trash… The limit of bags they can take… Also do to holidays and or inclement weather causes them not to come which is all understandable but if I’m being charged I should have some kind of accommodations despite any of the issues listed… Not everyone have a vehicle to be able to go to the trash shoot isn’t fair honestlyProperty Manager Responded

January 22, 2026The apartment community is better than average. I only say that because of the foot traffic from adjacent neighborhoods across the railroad track. The team here is excellent about responding to any issues, but they can only do so much. It's not bad by any means, but it could always be better. The leasing team is always helpful and responds quickly. The apartment complex is kept very clean. Just a few issues with folks across the railroad track walking through the community.
