Not worth it
June 18, 2022When I first moved in I thought this place was okay at first but when I moved it and saw my carpet was ripped and they did NOTHING about it ( expect raise my rent) the outdated appliances, they ONLY accept checks for rent, having no parking at night, having to wait 2 year for them to “remodel” a gym, however they can remodel a pool less then 10 months. Poor security
September 15, 2020Car gates are frequently found open, personal gates dont close all the way on their own and have to be pushed shut, so those are frequently left open too.. heard from numerous people that break ins on the mail boxes are frequent. Heard 1 or 2 cases of vehicles being stolen as well. And a bit of a minor critique, no one picks up after their dog, so if walking on grass, watch were you step.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Apartment, but a little pricey
August 13, 2015I feel safe very safe in this complex. The community is gated and has a lot of military families. Being a veteran myself it's nice to be around my fellow service men and women. This is the only complex I have seen with a set of free weights in the gym, usually there is only one or two treadmills and that is it, so on days when I can't get to the gym I can get a good work out at the apartment. The only thing I can say bad so far is the price per square footage is a little high. I've lived in ...nice, safe, and well maintained spacious two bedroom apartments for less than $800 a month while there one bedroom 722 sq ft. apartments cost over $800 a month. But the complex is close to a lot of great places like the Forum and a drive to Austin is only 45 minutes so being in a great location is worth the price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
