Great place to live!
December 4, 2023Legacy Pointe Apartments is excellent! I have happily lived here for two years. This place is well maintained and clean. There have even been recent upgrades with the fitness center and swimming pool, that make it even more of a place I love to be. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who truly enjoys being at home. If anything breaks, maintenance is sure to fix it immediately! I have wonderful neighbors and the community is safe. Don’t Do It!!
May 6, 2023My apartment has been undergoing repairs for 2 months now. After 2 months I have seen zero progress in my apartment. The apartment that is supposed to accommodate me has just as many problems. The leasing manager is unprofessional and the administration as a whole just simply does not care about their residents. June 24, 2022i made an appointment to tour the complex, the woman I spoke to in the front office told me that we could arrive early or late but when when we showed up ten minutes after our set appointment time, she was no where to be found. With a sign on the door that said she would be back in 2 and half hours. We waited for 30 minutes and we decided to leave to get lunch. March 17, 2016Cantrell Heights has been a convenient, stress-free, safe, and comfortable place to live! The property offers a community-based atmosphere that creates a safe and neighborhood-like feel. It is quiet, yet friendly people are often out and around. The staff is extremely kind and truly wants to put your needs first. Any issues are resolved quickly! The staff hosts monthly events to bring people together and is always communicating important messages, such as when they will be doing necessary ...maintenance. My roommates and I moved from out of town. Before moving in, we sent our lease to the wrong location; the staff member working that day drove to the location to pick up our application to ensure we got an apartment. It was incredibly selfless. We feel very valued here. From the start, we have been encouraged to make our apartment our own. Pluses** There is a plethora of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, including a mall, and pharmacies nearby.
