They went above and beyond to help me and my child find a place to live that would be the best option for me. Maintenance is great they are very fast with their responses as well as the office! Great place to live
April 30, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived at Legacy Village for a short time now. The property is always clean and taken care of. I have a short drive to Nashville each day and the view from my apartment is beautiful. Last weekend a community yard sale took place and I was able to meet several neighbors. The maintenance team goes above and beyond to provide you great service. The office team is always eager to help you in every way possible. Ms. Sabrina is always out walking the property to make sure things are up to par. I ...visited the leasing office yesterday to find out that the pool will be opening Wednesday. I'm not sure about you but I have not lived at an apartment complex that has ever opened the pool on May 1st. I plan to make this my home for several years to come!Read More
Unbearable noise
October 15, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comMaintenance staff was very kind. They were quick to fix anything broken. Apartments are in decent shape. Other than that, we were miserable. We had incredibly loud downstairs neighbors. Loud music and television all hours of the day and night. My babies couldn't sleep. If my children played too loudly the neighbor would beat on our floor and scare them. Spoke to neighbor to no avail. Office told us to call courtesy officer every time they were loud. Most of the times we called, no one showed up. ...Tried to break lease in July but was told they were taking legal action against the neighbors and they would be out in 2 weeks. They were still there in October! Thought it would be a quiet safe place for my kids but I was mistaken.Read More
Good Trumps the bad
August 13, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living here for 6 years..Every time we renew the rent goes up 20 to 40 dollars.Were always having different management.Our manager (Christy) now is amazing she get things done.Also make me feel like she cares.The apartments are very spacious.Its a very nice community also.Overall it the best apts in Springfield.

July 22, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe Legacy is a well maintained, comfortable, quiet place to live. The maintenance workers are very friendly and trustworthy. The pool it self could be a little bit bigger, but they have updated the patio furniture around it with big umbrellas and a grill for public use. The apartments are pretty spacious and decently priced. Speaking for my apartment, and some apartments around me, haven't had any issues with any appliances or anything physical with the apartment. The Legacy Golf Course is 2 ...minutes down the road, downtown Springfield is 5 minutes, Nashville is about 35 minutes. My job is in Springfield and I would not live anywhere else in town.Read More
